rick ginsburg is a great fan of president obama, and i do think that she will leave probably in obama's third year. she is 79 years old. she often says she wants to serve until she is 82 years old. that is one her idol served until. you know, she's a human being. she is a widow. she loves what she does and she's got it and she has the brains and the health to do it. she is particularly enamored of her new colleague, elena kagan, and her choice is to be the singer liberal on the supreme court,. >> so i think that she is going to be okay. [laughter] if obama is reelected and it is looking that way, i was not pandering, but i was making another one of our excellent productions. i don't think any of the conservatives will leave voluntarily. that is starting to be a pretty old court in justice kennedy and justice leah -- they are both 70 sixer sold. you know, you don't always get choice. i think that if romney wins, ruth bader ginsburg will try to hold on for the next four years. if obama wins, kennedy and scalia will try to hold on, but you never know what'll happen. >> can you speculate wh
